Shipping policy

**Applies to Kickstarter Orders Only**
QUESTIONS ABOUT Shipping: 
Orders will be shipped from one of our fulfillment centers in China or the United States. You're welcome to add as many add-ons as you'd like. All items will be consolidated into a single shipment whenever possible and shipping will be charged once only based on the final package weight, dimensions and delivery destination. We've already incorporated a portion of the shipping cost into the reward price to help minimize any additional shipping charges and avoid unpleasant surprises during the fulfillment survey.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your destination country and will be included in final shipping fee whenever applicable. Final duties and taxes will be assessed and collected by local authorities; we will cover and pay these charges on behalf of backers.

Estimated Production Timeline
Our current production and fulfillment schedule is as follows:
  • Production will begin once the campaign has successfully concluded.
  • All production is expected to be completed by the October.

Estimated Delivery Schedule
  • North America: Orders will be shipped in October and are expected to arrive by December.
  • Europe: Orders will be shipped in October and are expected to arrive by December.
  • Asia: Orders will be shipped in October and are expected to arrive by November.
  • Rest of World: Orders will be shipped in October. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local carrier services.

All production and delivery timelines are estimated and subject to change. Delays may occur due to manufacturing timelines, customs processing, public holidays, carrier operations or other unforeseen circumstances. We greatly appreciate your patience and support throughout the fulfillment process.


Sales Tax & VAT FAQ
Please note that the pledge price does NOT include sales tax, VAT, or other local consumption taxes. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and collected based on your destination either at checkout or after the fulfillment survey.

US & Canada
Sales tax will be calculated and collected at Kickstarter checkout based on applicable local tax rates.

UK, EU & other VAT/GST Regions
VAT (Value Added Tax), GST (Goods and Services Tax) or other applicable consumption taxes may be added to your order during the post-campaign fulfillment survey, depending on your shipping destination and local regulations.
