Pledges may be canceled at any time while the campaign is still LIVE. Once the campaign has ended, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on Kickstarter rewards.
We sincerely appreciate your support and understanding of the crowdfunding model. Kickstarter is not a traditional retail store—each reward is produced specifically to fulfill backer orders, and your pledge directly helps bring Norbu Made to life. Because of this, we are unable to provide refunds or returns for any items received as Kickstarter rewards after fulfillment has begun.
